These terms apply to your use of starhaventech.com (the “site”), operated by Starhaven Technologies LLC (“Starhaven,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is for
The site describes Starhaven Technologies and Starhaven One, a software product in development, publishes research on nonprofit operations, and lets organizations contact us. Starhaven One is not yet available, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide it on particular terms. Any future agreement will be made in writing.
Concept screens and demonstrations
Product screens, demonstrations, and the organizations, people, and figures shown in them are fictional concepts. They illustrate what we’re building and may change.
Research and information
Our Insights articles summarize published research and link to their sources. They are for general information only and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. We work to keep them accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every figure is complete or current.
What you send us
Please keep inquiries general. Don’t send client names, case details, health or financial information, or other sensitive personal information. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you send.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, send spam through our form, or use it for anything unlawful. If you find a security issue, please report it as described in our trust center.
Our content
The site’s text, design, graphics, and code belong to Starhaven or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with attribution. Please don’t copy substantial parts of the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Links to other sites
We link to research sources and other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Starhaven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
