This notice explains what information Starhaven Technologies LLC ("Starhaven," "we," "us") collects through starhaventech.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Starhaven One, our software product, is in development and is not covered by this notice.

Information you give us

When you submit our pilot inquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your organization's name
• Your work email address
• Your organization type
• The operational challenge you select
• Any optional message you write

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Please don't send sensitive information

Our form is for describing your organization's needs in general terms. Please do not include client names, case details, health information, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information about you or anyone else. If we receive information like this, we will delete it and won't use it.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation about your organization's needs or a possible pilot, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for others' marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.

We do not enter information submitted through this website into any artificial intelligence tool or service.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf:

• Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to our business email.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like most hosts, it may log technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Loading them sends your IP address and browser information to Google.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case it becomes part of our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us by emailing hello@starhaventech.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
